Cookies

Rig uses as few cookies as it can. The necessary ones keep the site working and can’t be turned off. Optional ones only run if you choose “Accept all”.
Necessary
| Cookie | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
rig_chat_<shop> | Remembers your conversation with that shop, so if you close the page and come back you see it again and still get the technician’s replies. It holds only a random id; the conversation stays with the shop. “Start a new conversation” replaces it. | 30 days |
rig_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again. | 180 days |
Analytics (optional)
We don’t use any analytics cookies yet. If we add them, they will only run for visitors who chose “Accept all”, and they’ll be listed here.
Your choice
You can also delete cookies from your browser’s settings at any time. Deleting rig_chat_<shop> starts a new conversation next time you open the chat.
